主要產(chǎn)品包括氣輔拉手、中間扶手、車門內(nèi)飾、各種方向盤、骨架和表皮二次注塑、門板、手套箱植絨、副儀表板植絨、ABCD柱植絨、密封條植絨。引進(jìn)國(guó)外先進(jìn)植絨技術(shù)。擁有成套模具粗、精加工設(shè)備和具有高精度的進(jìn)口CNC加工中心，公司具有模具和檢具的設(shè)計(jì)和制作能力；擁有80T－1300T的全電腦注塑機(jī)10多臺(tái).運(yùn)用當(dāng)今新技術(shù)，采用工程和項(xiàng)目管理的工作方式為客戶開(kāi)發(fā)、試制新產(chǎn)品，自始至終密切關(guān)注顧客滿意度，采用PDCA對(duì)過(guò)程進(jìn)行持續(xù)改進(jìn)，采用QFD、FMEA分析、"D"零件管理方法及SPC統(tǒng)計(jì)技術(shù)對(duì)全過(guò)程實(shí)施監(jiān)控，實(shí)現(xiàn)顧客的需求。

Quality system1、上海三盾汽車飾件有限公司質(zhì)量管理體系的運(yùn)行起初就站在高起點(diǎn)，在質(zhì)量方針："滿足顧客、持續(xù)改進(jìn)、追求卓越"的引導(dǎo)下于1999年就通過(guò)德系質(zhì)量體系認(rèn)證VDA6.1及美系質(zhì)量體系認(rèn)證QS9000，在2004年通過(guò)了國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化組織汽車聯(lián)合委員會(huì)對(duì)汽車工業(yè)質(zhì)量體系整合的技術(shù)規(guī)范ISO/TS16949至今，目前升級(jí)至TS16949 2009版。
